Ok, got it figured out now after seeing the tutorial at http://mac-host.com/support/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1285&sid=0867efb31cb9be5ad6c1c06c014618cb.

I deleted the pictures I originally uploaded into the POST pages and then clicked on the little picture upload icon at the top of the page. Then set the image to 'featured' in the menu.

The problem I was having before was that I was clicking on the link at the bottom right of the POST edit page. Duh!

Cheers

Where do we find the FAQ? I downloaded the Slider.zip file, but every time I try to activate the plugin I get a message saying the file has a corrupt header. Could this be the cause of the problem?

It really would help to have much more precise step-by-step instructions from the beginning to end.

I also tried making 7 blank POST pages and then uploaded 1 image per page making it the 'featured image' as instructed. Still not working. Can you help please? We need precise instructions that show us what to do step-by-step.

There is a discussion on the support site about this, it doesn't work assigning a menu to a category because there is no way to specify what image to use for a category. The only way to make a sliding door menu point to a category, is to make a page, put the image as the featured image for that page, and then use the page links to plug-in to link that page to the category that you want. It's a bit of a workaround, you can read more about it at the support site.

I am having the same problem following the instructions. I created 7 PAGES, but they don't work. Are we supposed to create 7 BLANK PAGE POSTS and then upload the pictures as 'featured image'? How do we align the image?

Clearer instructions, please.
