Great template. Realy like the style. One question though.
What if I wanted to show the sliding banner on each page I go.
Like here you only see the sliding banner on the index only.
How do i make it so, that I would see the sliding banner on created pages etc etc …

I’m currently building a site for myself which is under construction. I got some questions regarding your theme:
1. How do I get rid of the blue/purple lines around photos/thumbnails?
2. In other themes, when I load photos into a page, the thumbnails are visible as a gallery, so besides each other in rows of three. But in your theme the thums can only be positioned underneath each other. Can this be fixed so that they’re visible as a gallery? (The page is in Dutch, please see “Foto’s”)
3. I can’t allign all the text in the sidebar to the left somehow, can this be fixed too? (In Firefox it looks fine, but not in Explorer.)
4. How can I get rid of the strange question mark above “No Replies”?
I really like your theme, but if these issues can’t be fixed I have to switch to another theme… again… So I hope that you can help me out!

Q1 is answered on the support forum, as is 3 I think. I think all these issues can be resolved with a bit of massaging of the CSS file. Have a look in the forums on how to use firefox with firebug to work out what you need to change in the CSS to do what you want.
I’ll answer the others there now.

The question mark I mean is a white diamond shape with a little black question mark inside. The question mark is also visible when you open the site in Safari.

Iv’e been searching for an exiciting theme for the past week and came across sliding door which is great – dynamic. But one big problem – I’m new to css and html.. Am trying my best but just wanted to know if you ever help out – for a fee of course??
RE: Sliding Doors.
I am having a difficult time installing Sliding Door. When I hit DOWNLOAD it then asks SAVE or RUN. No matter which one I choose, say SAVE:Desktop, it does make a zip folder on the desk top. When I open the folder there are icons…readmes, all of that.
The same with RUN.
How do I upload my own photograps to the sliding doors?

Hi, I love the theme, but unfortunately lightbox 2 and slimbox gallery plugins do not work with the theme. Any chance of fixing this so I can integrate some pictures into my updates with slimbox(lightbox) as the effect? Also while posting thumbnails the gallery plugins do not register the bottom of the post correctly and the date and other information overlap the thumbnails. I really wanted to use your theme but can’t at the moment because of these problems.
I could have gotten around the overlap issue by inserting some page breaks, but the fact that this theme won’t work with the gallery plugins has turned me off.
Slimbox does work with the theme.

The category selection being a hard coded number is not so great.
May I suggest the Header file be changed to use lines like this:
<a href=”/?cat=”>Category 1
This way one can easily just edit in the Category name instead of the ever changing number.

I also just installed sliding door. Having closed the window and now going back to work on my site I am unable to log in. There is no Admin button for loggin in. How do I gain access to my site?

I’m not a techie. I love this theme but just might have to go back to eblogger for my blog which would stink but I can’t go back to university just to figure this out.

Hi Wayne,
I wanted to bring something to your attention about the theme. On the category and single post pages the comment form, sidebar and footer do not appear. I found it was because of this code timesince() ?> probably because of the version of php I am running (4. something), but I wanted to let you know.
It also breaks on the wordpress site where you can preview and download the theme.
