Remove Navigation Bar from Home page only?

I'm trying to remove the navigation bar that appears under the sliders from my home page only. I'd like it to appear at the bottom of all of my other pages. I found the topic that explains how to remove it from all pages by setting the primary navigation to an empty menu, but I only have sliders on my home page and need navigation on all the others. Please help!
