Can i add more to the header? I tried and it didn't work but maybe there is something more I need to do?

ALSO, I asked this months ago and never got a reply - how do I get rid of 'Powered by Wordpress and Sliding Door theme'.

To use more slide goto function.php

Look for the <li
Copy 1 li and paste it in betWeen. Rename bk6 into bk7.
You need the have a structure like
Then you need to open imagemenu.css and replace the 133 with
(133*7)/number of slides you need =115
Look at to see example with 11 slides.
If you need more help send me an pm i will send you a copy of my theme files.
Powered by is in the footer.php but.... Respect the creater of the theme and let him keep the credit.
You can place them anywhere you like. Look for the powered by string and adapt it as you like.

My function.php look like this:
Code: Select all
function no_sliding_menu(){
 $blog_url = site_url() ;
echo "<ul>
         <li class=\"bk0\"><a href=\"\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/1.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>
         <li class=\"bk1\"><a href=\"".$blog_url."\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/2.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>
         <li class=\"bk2\"><a href=\"".$blog_url."\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/3.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>
         <li class=\"bk3\"><a href=\"\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/4.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>
         <li class=\"bk4\"><a href=\"\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/5.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>
         <li class=\"bk5\"><a href=\"\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/6.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>
         <li class=\"bk6\"><a href=\"\" style=\"background: url('".$theme_url."/imagemenu/images/7.jpg') repeat scroll 0%;\">slidingdoor</a></li>

I think this is the default menu but I've create 8 pages with "featured image' to bring them into my sliding menu but only first 7 is showing in menu

If i modify function above and nothing happen.
I do the width in imagemenu.css too.

Can you help me?

Is there a plugin that you can highly recommend to use with this theme that will re-size the content of our blog for mobile devises.
I'm reading varies plugin reviews but I hope to have recommendation from the designer of this theme so that it truly works
or gives instructions on tweaks that maybe required in order for the plugin to work properly with videos, widgets, etc.
