Page titles and menus

Hi all .. Forgive me if this has been addressed but I have looked through the forum and not been able to find an answer.

I am using Sliding Door 2.6.1 .. I would like to have my sliders connect to certain pages and the navigation bar below show different page titles. I'm still working on the other elements of the page. I would like the navigation bar below the sliders to link to -- Home -- Investment -- View your Pictures -- About Kate ... etc. How do I do this? I can make the whole navigation bar go away but I would rather have other pages available.
