What does the "Lightback.jpg" image do?

Any questions about styling and customising the layout, changing the number of columns, changing the number of sliding images and so on.

What does the "Lightback.jpg" image do?

Postby birthzan » Mon Mar 10, 2014 11:20 am

Hi I am trying to optimise the speed of my website as I have had significant speed issues. I have removed plugins etc but on the analysis of a speed test website it said the image "lightback.jpg" in the theme was slow to load.

Is this image essential to the theme? Can I delete it from the theme files? Not sure why it would be slow when it is just 12Kbut it is a blank/white image so not sure where it fits into my theme.

My website is http://www.birthzang.co.uk by the way if that helps.

(I have searched the forum and can find no mention of this image).
Thanks, Eleanor

It's just a background for the light theme.
Delete the line from the light style css file or just change the background to white.
